I guess it all began with a love of all things bespoke, vintage, shabby and the desire to live in a pretty home….and I mean ‘home’.
To me, a home needs to be accommodating and forgiving of all those that live in it, and mine has a whole bunch of us…..me the gorgeous hubby, three beautiful little munchkins and two mad pup’s!
I want a house where everyone feels welcome the minute they walk through the door, and although full of lovely old, pretty things, is a place where you can skateboard around the kitchen and bounce on the sofa!
So, I trawl the internet, hang out at auctions and rummage through the recycling centres looking for unloved pieces of furniture to revive back into lovely little pieces of perfectness that can settle comfortably in our home.
Over the last few years I have managed to fill our home quite nicely and now find myself helping others do the same.
